Structure & use

Our needle removal tool fine consists of 3 parts: handle, clamping sleeve and exchangeable pin.

The handle is ergonomically designed to ensure easy, safe, and precise handling. A knurling along the entire handle guarantees a comfortable and secure grip.

The clamping sleeve is used to hold and secure the interchangeable mandrel/pin.

Thanks to its special hardening, the exchangeable pin offers a good stability when removing needle residues and has sufficient flexibility to withstand the high demands during the needle board repair.

The tool can also be clamped with an open-end spanner thanks to the milled spanner width on handle and clamping sleeve. With this feature, the user has the option of tightening the handle and clamping sleeve either by finger force or with an open-end spanner.
